Namık Kemal Gökalp

Namık Kemal Gökalp completed his undergraduate studies at Anadolu University’s Department of Business Administration (1989-1994). Subsequently, he earned his master’s degree on Capital Markets and Stock Exchange at Marmara University’s Institute of Banking and Insurance (2003-2004). He has a PhD in Finance and Banking from Kadir Has University.

He worked as a Corporate Finance consultant, coordinator and senior manager in the finance sector. Gökalp still serves as a board member at İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., Hedef Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ort. A.Ş., Hedef Holding A.Ş., Seyitler Kimya Sanayi A.Ş. and İdeal Finansal Teknolojiler ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. 

Sibel Gökalp 

Sibel Gökalp graduated from Istanbul University’s Department of International Relations and worked as a senior executive in the finance sector for many years. She served as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and at higher executive positions of Hedef Menkul Kıymetler Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., EVG Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. and Taksim Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., all of which were previously owned by the Group. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Hedef Portfolio Management and Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Hedef Holding.

Mehmet Ziya GÖKALP
Mehmet Ziya Gökalp received his bachelor’s degree from Dokuz Eylül University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and his master’s degree from İstanbul University’s Department of Monetary and Capital Markets. He continues his doctoral studies in the field of Social Policy at Kocaeli University.

After working as a senior manager in various investment organizations, he served as general manager and economy writer at Yeni Şafak Newspaper. He was as a member of the CBRT Supervisory Board.

Murat Tanrıöver
He graduated from Marmara University, Department of Business Administration in English in 1992 and completed his master's degree in finance at Louisiana State University. Tanrıöver started his professional career as an Analyst at Türk Boston Bank and worked as a Specialist at Industrial Development Bank of Turkey, Director at Yapı Kredi Investment, Capital Markets Coordinator at Doğan Publishing Holding, and Assistant General Manager at Yatırım Finansman and Garanti Securities.

Since 2010, he has served as an independent member of the Board of Directors in various companies and currently serves as an independent member of the Board of Directors at Özyaşar Wire and Mobiliz Vehicle Tracking.

Tanrıöver served as Executive Vice President in charge of Investment Banking at Gedik Investment and General Manager of Gedik Investment Holding between 2013 and 2020. During this period, he served as a Board Member at Gedik Venture Capital, City Farm and Gedik Investment Holding, subsidiaries of the group, and as Chairman of the Board at Marbaş Menkul and Venture Capital.

İlyas Avcı

He graduated from İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2014 and obtained his master’s degree in Private Law Thesis Master’s Program at Istanbul Kültür University Institute of Social Sciences in 2017 with a thesis on Independent Audit in Joint Stock Companies Subject to the Capital Markets Law. He is a doctorate student at the qualification stage at Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences Private Law Doctorate Program. He is the holder of a notarial certificate and the certificate of trademark attorneyship, although not registered in the registry. Since 2015, he has been a lawyer registered to the Istanbul Bar Association.

Ceren Yavuz Erdinç

She graduated from Celal Bayar University Department of Mathematics in 2005 and Beykent University Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2017. She has been working in the air conditioning construction sector since 2008. She is currently the Assistant General Manager at Ceren Mühendislik İnş. İklim. Tic. Ltd. Şti.
