Namık Kemal Gökalp

Namık Kemal Gökalp completed his undergraduate studies at Anadolu University’s Department of Business Administration (1989-1994). Subsequently, he earned his master’s degree on Capital Markets and Stock Exchange at Marmara University’s Institute of Banking and Insurance (2003-2004). He has a PhD in Finance and Banking from Kadir Has University.

He worked as a Corporate Finance consultant, coordinator and senior manager in the finance sector. Gökalp still serves as a board member at İnfo Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., Hedef Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ort. A.Ş., Hedef Holding A.Ş., Seyitler Kimya Sanayi A.Ş. and İdeal Finansal Teknolojiler ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.

Sibel Gökalp

Sibel Gökalp graduated from Istanbul University’s Department of International Relations and worked as a senior executive in the finance sector for many years. She served as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and at higher executive positions of Hedef Menkul Kıymetler Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., EVG Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. and Taksim Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., all of which were previously owned by the Group. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Hedef Portfolio Management and Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Hedef Holding.

Mehmet Ziya GÖKALP
Mehmet Ziya Gökalp received his bachelor’s degree from Dokuz Eylül University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and his master’s degree from İstanbul University’s Department of Monetary and Capital Markets. He continues his doctoral studies in the field of Social Policy at Kocaeli University.

After working as a senior manager in various investment organizations, he served as general manager and economy writer at Yeni Şafak Newspaper. He was as a member of the CBRT Supervisory Board.

Neda Özen Soydan
Neda Ozen Soydan graduated from Boğaziçi University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Chemistry (1992-1997). Subsequently, she completed a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry at Cukurova University (2001-2005) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology at Bogazici University (2010-2016). She also holds a PGCert in Nanotechnology from the University of Oxford (2015-2018) and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of London (2022-2025).

Throughout her career, Neda Ozen Soydan has held various roles, including Manager at KISCO, and R&D Specialist, Factory Manager, Senior Technical Sales Manager, and Vice President at Eksoy Kimya. She also served as General Manager at SGP PATENT&INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY VALUATION, Visiting Lecturer at Istanbul Bilgi University, and Board Member at BUMED Business Angels (BUBA) and Boğaziçi Counseling for Business. Currently, she serves as Co-Founder of Epic Ventures Turkey, Venture Partner at İstanbul Portföy Yönetimi, CoFounder of TUGİM-TÜM GİRİŞİMCİ VE İŞ MENTORLARI DERNEĞİ, and General Partner at Bosphorist Venture Capital (BVC). She has also previously served as a Partner at Boğaziçi Ventures.

Tacettin VURAL

Tacettin Vural graduated from the Department of Economics at Ankara University's Faculty of Political Sciences in 1996 and subsequently completed his master's degree in Financial Law at the Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences in 2006. Vural began his professional career at the Turkish Grand National Assembly in 1997 and continued as a Revenue Controller at the Ministry of Finance. Between 1999 and 2024, he held various managerial and specialist positions at the Istanbul Stock Exchange and subsequently at Borsa Istanbul, in auditing, financial affairs, purchasing, administrative affairs, and the precious metals market. He speaks advanced English and beginner German.

Ceren Yavuz Erdinç

She graduated from Celal Bayar University Department of Mathematics in 2005 and Beykent University Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2017. She has been working in the air conditioning construction sector since 2008. She is currently the Assistant General Manager at Ceren Mühendislik İnş. İklim. Tic. Ltd. Şti.
