The fundamental investment strategy of Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. is to bring into the Turkish economy projects and companies that;

• can provide competitive advantage by making a difference in the technological sense,
• can offer a portfolio of products or services with commercial market and development potential,
• have developed new products, methods, systems and techniques or have the potential to do so.

In light of this fundamental strategy, HEDEF Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. acts with the mission of contributing to the growth and corporate structuring processes of innovative entrepreneurs in the start-up, growth or advanced stages by supporting their products and projects with competitive advantages that will contribute to the Turkish economy.

The stages in which HEDEF Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. can make investments in line with company strategies are:

First Stage: Partnerships with companies that have exhausted their start-up capital and are in need of financing for sales and marketing are considered in this category. For this stage, financing support is provided by taking into account the business idea, as well as profitability.

Second or Third Stage: Partnerships to be realized with the working capital to be provided for the growth of companies that produce/serve, have started deliveries but have not made a profit, or have increased sales and have made a profit are taken into consideration at this stage. The aim is to provide capital support by taking into account the growth in the market and market share.

Bridging Stage: HEDEF Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. may also invest in companies that expect to go public in 6-12 months.
