Hedef Venture Capital Investment Trust is established under the umbrella of Hedef Holding, which makes direct or indirect investments in many sectors, primarily in finance and technology. Founded in 2012 and with a registered capital of TL 2 billion, Hedef VCIT aims to invest in venture companies that have sustainable growth performance and high profitability targets and are in need of funding. Hedef Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. is closely involved in different sectors such as real sector, fintech, software, gaming, real estate, agriculture and food, marketing, press and publishing, education, logistics, medical health products, polycarbonate, polymer, plastic and plastic-like products, logistics, renewable energy, consulting, blockchain, crypto and SaaS. It has investments in over 15 companies from these sectors.

Hedef Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. does not discriminate between sectors in its investments. It evaluates all kinds of projects that can contribute to the economic and social development of Turkey, which has a high competitive advantage and the potential to create large markets.

Since its establishment, Hedef Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. has been providing growth financing to entrepreneurs, as well as cooperation and consultancy in structuring their roadmaps, institutionalization, strategy, effectiveness, management and efficiency. With its large financial holding structure, as an investment strategy, it selects startups that we can walk together on this long road and invests in companies that have the potential for growth and public offerings with Pre_Ipo, since it has the tools to be by the side of the startups from their initial investments to their later investment rounds and finally to their public offerings.

Hedef Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. also holds a 30% stake in Hedef Investment Bank, which was established with a capital of TL 500 million and is publicly traded on Borsa Istanbul A.Ş. under the code HDFGS.
